Jenn is really amazing - with a lot of patience and thoughtfulness in her approach. The refinancing was a bit more work than I estimated on my part with supply of documents and signing of forms multiple times but Jenn led me through each step and ensured I got the best possible rate. Very happy with the outcome and worth the effort but without Jenn I may have given up!

Really an overload of seemingly irrelevant documentation required. Docu Sign screw up at the end of the process and us wondering if we would be closing.
