Tom was fast, professional and answered every question promptly. He went above and beyond to make sure we had information and status. We went looking for him for our re-fi because of our first experience with Tom when we got our initial mortgage. He's the best!!!

Tom is very easy to work with. He returns phone calls and answers questions immediately. He is very knowledgeable and if he doesn’t have the answer, he gets it almost immediately! I will continue to use him and refer him to friends and family!

This was my first time buying a home and I was clueless when it came to everything mortgage related. So there were a few times I got worried about dollar figures and Tom was wonderful about talking me through things and always being available any time I called, texted, or emailed him. He was also very understanding and supportive when it came to my father who was my co-signer. Tom was definitely someone I felt comfortable dealing with and felt like it was a friend helping me out!

Tom provided our family with consistent financial security during a time period that was most uncertain by no ill intentions of our own. Against all odds would be an understatement, but mandatory when trying to describe the talent on a team full of MVPs! His overall knowledge of the industry and experience in the field classifies him @ Hall of Fame status regardless of what season he retires!!
