About Eric

With nearly three decades of real estate and mortgage experience, Eric prides himself on taking the time needed to understand his customers’ immediate and long-term goals, finding the best financial solution to achieve their objectives. He has expertise in numerous mortgage programs, including construction and renovation loans. Having helped countless individuals, Eric understands how confusing the home buying process can be — and he works hard to walk each one of his clients through the process in an organized and efficient manner.

Eric began his long career in financial services as a stockbroker and financial advisor in his hometown in New York. After moving to Boston, Eric entered the mortgage industry. He spent four years as a producing assistant branch manager, becoming an expert in the newly revamped renovation loan program from HUD called the FHA 203(k). For 12 years, he owned and operated a mortgage brokerage company along the east coast.

Eric double-majored at the University of Massachusetts Amherst and graduated with a BA in Economics and a BA in Philosophy. He lives in Wilmington, Massachusetts with his wife, Jennifer, and son, Axel. He and his family are active in their community and with the local scout troop.

Because of his extensive knowledge of available programs, problem solving skills, and steadfast commitment to customer service, Eric will ensure you receive superior guidance as you pursue one of the most personal investments of your lifetime.
