About Jack

Jack’s mission: “Begin each day with a purpose and end the day with an accomplishment found in the difference I can make in the lives of others."

He has been part of the Embrace family since 2014. He takes the time to assist every customer as though they are his only one, and works hard to analyze each potential borrower and fit them with the best loan program based off a specific household budget, as well as present all available options. 

Jack's industry knowledge allows his customers to ask any question and get specific and quality answers. He prides himself on his promise to keep all of his clients updated and in the loop. His commitment is backed with 24 customer service awards and several instance of company-wide recognition. 

Jack grew up in Vermont, but now lives in Rhode Island in a log cabin out in the woods. He enjoys being outdoors and spending time with his fiancée Nancy and their 2 yellow labs, MJ and Henry. They spend their weekends fishing, boating, and sitting outside by a fire and listening to country music. Jack is an avid outdoors-man, from competitive archery to four-wheeling to motorcycling.

    Although the entire world is upside down right now and things are rapidly changing in the world of lending, and we had a couple of hiccups along the way due to that, Jack was wonderful about getting my re-fi through. He worked very hard for me and kept me updated the whole time. The only thing I would suggest is letting customers know that if they are cashing out equity and apportioning that to pay off debt, to let the customer know that Embrace will cut the checks directly to the vendors.
